New links added

Hi, if you've noticed, there are two new links that are added to the panel on the right.

One of them is the webby of the esteemed Calvin Institute of Christian Worship. Some representatives and teachers from CICW were in Singapore over the last weekend to participate, teach and share at the Worship Symposium organised by Methodist School of Music. The site offers resources and articles on worship related topics.

The other is the RUF Hymnbook online resources that I found on the world wide web. It's in a PDF format, and chords are available as well. There are also some interesting articles and resources regarding worship.
